At Findry.store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you’re not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help with an easy and fair return and exchange process.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any item within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Conditions:

  1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  2. If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or your order is incomplete, we will cover all delivery/shipping costs.

  3. If you simply change your mind or do not wish to keep the product, you can return it without providing a reason.

🔄 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp: 0342 9651037 within 15 days.

  2. Share your order number and reason.

  3. Return the product to us.

  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll ship your exchange.

💰 Refund Process

  1. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

  2. We’ll refund the full product price through your original payment method or bank transfer.

  3. Damaged or wrong products get full refund including delivery cost.

⚠️ Important Notes

  1. Items must be returned unused and unwashed.

  2. Custom-made or used products cannot be returned.

  3. Don’t send any items back without contacting us first.
